Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator is a 12-month full-time position that plays a critical role in the Firesticks team by coordinating, supporting, and managing the successful development, delivery, evaluation and reporting of Firesticks programs, projects and research. While the role is remote it is preferable for the desired candidate to be based in Northern Queensland. Learn more and apply here.

Community Coordinator
The Community Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of the Mentoring Program and coordinating the day-to-day activities of casual Associate Fire Practitioners in its designated regional team. This role is responsible for the planning and provision of cultural workshops to support Associate Fire Practitioners to actively participate within their community to ensure cultural continuance and practice of cultural fire management on Country. Impact Measurement and Governance Manager
This role will embed governance policies, protocols and practices into the Impact Framework that respects Indigenous rights, promotes self-determination and strengthens effective Community engagement and collaboration. While the role is advertised for Brisbane, this will be a remote position and will accept applications from all Australian states. Learn more and apply here.

Communications Manager (12-Month Contract)
This is a remote position for a contracted period of no more than 12 months. The purpose of the Communications Manager role is to lead the development of external communications and ensure that Firesticks is appropriately represented in the wider community. The Communications Manager creates, implements, and oversees external communication outputs to effectively promote Firesticks, its products, services, and the communities it works with.
